About Kairo Reisen
Egyptologists. Storytellers. Your Guides to History.
Founded by leading scholars and master guides who've dedicated their lives to sharing Egypt's extraordinary heritage with the world.
OUR STORY
Born from a Passion for Egypt
Kairo Reisen was founded in 2004 by a team of certified Egyptologists and master tour guides who had spent over two decades leading tours for the world's most prestigious travel companies. After years of working for others, we decided it was time to create something of our own-a travel company that would embody our values of scholarly excellence, authentic cultural immersion, and genuine hospitality.
Our mission is to preserve and share Egypt's rich cultural legacy through deeply informed, human-centered journeys. We believe that travel should be more than sightseeing-it should be a transformative experience that connects you with the soul of a place and its people.
Today, Kairo Reisen operates premium small-group tours throughout Egypt, each meticulously designed to reveal the layers of history, culture, and daily life that make this ancient land so captivating. Our guides aren't just knowledgeable-they're passionate storytellers who bring monuments to life with scholarly insight and human warmth.
